Test Related Problem

What are the possible reasons for not receiving a test SMS?

1. Please ensure that the mobile number is entered correctly (without the international dialing code).

2. If the number is correct but the test SMS is still not received, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Why does the test message send successfully but fail to achieve the desired result?

The following factors may need to be checked:

1.Whether the SMS was successfully sent.

2.Whether the URL in the SMS can be displayed and accessed properly.

3.Whether the target phone number is correct and valid.

4.Whether the SMS was sent during the operational hours permitted by local carriers.

5.Whether the SMS content was flagged as spam by the local carrier.

Can I use a Chinese phone number for API testing?

Cost Related Problem

How is the SMS price determined?

The pricing of SMS services varies by country. Please contact our customer service team for details.

How can I top up my merchant account? What are the available payment methods? Are there any service fees?

Currently, only offline top-ups are supported, and there are no service fees. Please contact our staff to obtain the payment link.

When will the top-up amount be credited to my account?

Once the transfer is completed, notify our staff to process it, and the balance will be credited promptly.

Will a negative balance affect my services?

If your account runs out of balance, it will affect ongoing services. Please contact our team to recharge in a timely manner.

Why was I charged even though the SMS wasn’t received on the phone?

1.Charges are applied when the task status is marked as "completed." Even if the SMS returns a "failed" status, charges may still occur because international or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan carriers follow a "sent means charged" policy.

2.The SMS content may have violated local carrier regulations (e.g., flagged as prohibited content), leading to the message being blocked while still incurring charges.

3.Ensure that the phone number is correct, the phone signal is stable, and the phone is not powered off.

SMS Sending Problem

Do receiving phone numbers require a "+" or country code?

No country code is required; simply input the phone number.

Is SMS content customizable?

In some countries, SMS content can be customized, but it must comply with the regulations of local carriers. Please contact our customer service for more details.

Why does the received SMS link display as plain text or include extra characters?

1.If the SMS link appears as plain text on a mobile device, it may be because the link is connected to other text. You can add spaces before and after the link or use an English colon before the link to ensure it is correctly recognized as a hyperlink.

2.If the SMS link contains extra characters when displayed on a mobile phone, it may be due to the link being connected to other text. It is recommended to add spaces or other symbols before and after the link to prevent surrounding text from being recognized as part of the link by the system.

How can I check the SMS delivery success rate and sending records?
